Position Details

• Title: RN Supervisor
• Status: Full Time
• Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am, Every Saturday & Sunday
• Location: Greensburg Skilled Nursing

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care and compliance
• Conduct resident assessments and communicate with physicians and families
• Develop staff education programs to improve clinical skills
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives
• Address resident concerns related to abuse or neglect
• Manage admissions, transfers, discharges with compassion
• Assist with medication management and physician orders
• Participate in staffing and scheduling
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Ensure timely completion of nursing tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
