Job Details

• Supervising half of the 280-bed facility alongside another RN Supervisor
• Managing staff, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth overnight operations (11 PM - 7 AM)
• Conducting audits and following up on issues from the previous shift
• Handling admissions (rare during overnights)
• Ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with policies
• Supporting and mentoring nursing staff as needed
• Collaborating with leadership to improve processes and patient outcomes

Skills You Need

• Active RN license with supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions overnight
• Excellent communication and team collaboration
