Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team at our long-term care facility. You will plan and implement nursing policies, oversee patient assignments, and ensure high standards of care and documentation.

This 3/4 rotating schedule runs 7P-7A with every-other-weekend duties. We offer competitive wages, same-day pay, a generous sign-on bonus of $10,000, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Active nursing license.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Coordinate nurse schedules and assignments.
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and documentation quality.
• Educate and train new nurses.
