The Night Shift RN Supervisor will supervise staff, ensure accurate clinical documentation, administer medications, and respond to emergencies while maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements. A strong leader with clinical excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Leadership experience as RN supervisor preferred.
• SNF/LTC/Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the night shift.
• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.
• Monitor resident conditions and intervene when changes occur.
• Provide clinical guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure medications, treatments, and physician orders are carried out properly.
• Review and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and significant changes in resident condition.
• Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and safety.
• Address staffing issues and shift concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policies, state regulations, and federal requirements.
• Communicate important clinical information to the incoming leadership team.
• Assist with incident investigations, quality initiatives, and survey readiness.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.

Salary: Up to $120,000 per year

Lead Our Night Shift Nursing Team

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee our night shift nursing operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who is a strong leader, organized, and committed to providing exceptional clinical care in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
