George Washington Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor for the full-time night shift. This role provides clinical leadership, supervises nursing staff, and ensures high-quality resident care while complying with facility policies.

The position collaborates with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to address clinical concerns. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in good standing and has prior nursing supervisory experience,

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in nursing management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Join our team as an RN Nursing Supervisor and provide clinical leadership while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and nursing staff. We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and dependable RN who is passionate about providing quality care and supporting a strong nursing team.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Night Shift
• Monday–Friday
• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations.
