George Washington Health & Rehabilitation in Alexandria, VA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as RN Nursing Supervisor on the night shift. You will provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role involves supervising nurses and CNAs, coordinating with physicians, handling admissions and incident follow-up, and fostering a positive, professional team environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Previous nursing management, supervisory, or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and dependable RN who is passionate about providing quality care and supporting a strong nursing team.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Night Shift
• Monday–Friday
• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

What You’ll Do

As the RN Nursing Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and support throughout your shift. Responsibilities include:
