Job summary

SanStone Health in North Carolina is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team in a long-term care facility. You will plan and implement nursing policies, supervise staffing, and ensure quality patient care on a 7P-7A, every-other-weekend rotating schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a current nursing license plus an Associate's Degree in Nursing. A healthcare administration certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Nursing supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate nurse schedule
• Assign patients to nurses
