Job summary

Complete Care is hiring an RN Supervisor for the 11pm-7am shift in a long-term care setting. The role requires prior LTC experience, nursing leadership, and the ability to oversee staff and care planning.

You will collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in educational activities for residents and staff. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in CT and able to pass background check, drug screen, and references.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong clinical skills.
• Prior long-term care experience required; willingness to supervise and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist to implement and revise care plans, monitor health status, and respond to emergencies.
• Oversee staff assignments, manage coverage, evaluate performance, and provide education.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
