Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead nursing care for residents recently discharged from hospital and those needing long-term care. The role requires RN licensure in CT and prior long-term care experience, with a focus on leadership and clinical excellence.

The position includes 3-11pm shifts, every other weekend, and a weekend differential of $1/hr. Pay is negotiable, with advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in the state
• Prior long term care experience required
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical competency

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise care plans; monitor residents and respond to changes
• Oversee staff scheduling and coverage; evaluate performance
• Communicate changes with families and providers; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Review incidents, transcribe orders, and audit charges for compliance
• Educate residents, families, and staff on health status and care expectations

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
