Job summary

Complete Care Management in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee resident care in a long-term care setting. You will lead nursing staff, ensure care plans are implemented, and monitor health conditions for residents recently discharged from hospital.

The role requires MD RN licensure, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with families and the interdisciplinary team. Opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Demonstrates leadership and clinical competency.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and references.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: assist to implement and revise care plans, monitor health conditions, respond to emergencies or changes in status
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate and lead staff
• Family & Team Liaison: communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team
• Documentation: reviews incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record accuracy
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: explain health status and care expectations, guide care skills as needed

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:
