Belton Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN Sepsis Stroke Coordinator to lead clinical coordination across stroke, sepsis, and STEMI care. The role partners with nursing leadership to drive outcomes, develop staff education, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols.

You will co‑chair the Stroke Committee, lead data-driven quality initiatives, and support performance improvement across departments. MO RN licensure and ACLS are required or pursued within set timelines.

Competenze

• Graduate of Professional School of Nursing
• BSN preferred
• MO RN licensure
• BLC required
• ACLS within 6 months of hire
• 3+ years nursing experience in Nursing or Critical Care

Mansioni

• Assumes responsibility for the clinical coordination and consultation regard­ing care across the continuum for all stroke, sepsis, and STEMI patients
• Consults with nursing leadership to achieve patient outcomes
• Assesses educational needs of staff and assists in developing education programs
• Maintains and ensures compliance of continuing stroke education for providers and nursing staff
• Ensures evidence‑based screening and treatment protocols are the standard of care
• Provides feedback and coaching to staff based on data analysis
• Ensures accurate collection of clinical data and shares results with stakeholders
• Co-chairs the Stroke Committee and chairs the Sepsis Workgroup
• Serves as a resource to staff, physicians, patients, and families
• Completes stroke registry and sepsis core measure abstraction
• Performs evaluation of patient care with quality improvement tools
• Assists departments in implementing quality improvement processes related to stroke/sepsis/STEMI
