Bedford Care Centers in Mississippi seeks a Training Coordinator to manage Training Programs and in-services for all departments under the Corporate Training Director. This role orients new employees and delivers ongoing training while coordinating speakers and maintaining training records.

You will ensure annual in-services, communicate respectfully with residents and staff, supervise restorative nursing activities, and collaborate with Therapists and Nursing staff to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in Mississippi; TB Certification within first year; 2+ years nursing in long-term care preferred; excellent oral and written communication; basic MS Office skills; pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Consults with Administrator, DON and Corporate Training Coordinator to assess facility training needs.
