• Experience with staff development, training and coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education for nursing staff.
• Plans, delivers, and documents required in-service training.
• Educates staff on facility policies, procedures, and evidence-based nursing practices.
