The role plans, organizes, develops, directs and evaluates educational programs across the community in accordance with regulations. You will identify training needs and develop materials to ensure training efficacy.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday with weekend as needed. Salary is $41–$45 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and tuition support.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state where you work.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• 2+ years teaching or training adult learners; 3+ years in long-term care required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, direct and evaluate all educational programs across the community.
• Identify training needs, develop training plans and materials, and evaluate training efficacy.
