The position is full-time, with Monday–Friday shifts, wage $41.00–$45.00 per hour, and access to strong benefits, tuition opportunities, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state of work.
• Must have CPR or BLS certification.
• At least 2 years teaching/training adult learners and 3+ years in long-term care to serve as subject matter expert on policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, direct and evaluate all educational programs across the community.
• Identify training needs and develop plans and materials; evaluate training efficacy.
