Job summary

Lake Worth Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking an RN with a passion for education and staff development to lead our professional development program in long-term care and sub-acute settings.

You will onboard and train new staff, facilitate ongoing education, rollout new regulatory training, and ensure compliance with credentialing and educational requirements while supporting career growth for our team.

Qualifications

• ASN in Nursing or higher required.
• Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
• 2+ years nursing experience; LTC/SNF preferred.
• CDC- IPCO Certification required or must complete within 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage the professional development program in long-term care and sub-acute settings.
• Assist onboarding and training of new staff, and ongoing staff development.
• Roll out new compliance and regulatory training and ensure center remains in regulatory/educational compliance.
