Qualifications

• Requires ASN or higher in Nursing.
• Active Florida RN license.
• 2+ years nursing experience.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• CDC/IPCO Certification required or willing within 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the professional development program in long-term care and sub-acute settings.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing staff training and facilitation.
• Roll out compliance and regulatory training across the center.
• Ensure the center maintains regulatory, credentialing and educational standards.
