Qualifications

• Two+ years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care.
• CDC - IPCO Certification required or willing to complete within 5 days of employment.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the professional development program for staff.
• Assist onboarding and training of new staff and ongoing education.
• Ensure center compliance with regulatory, credentialing and educational requirements.
