Job summary

Forest Creek Village is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead education, competency assessments, and training, while supporting clinical observations and quality audits. This role partners with the Director of Nursing to foster growth and employee engagement.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree and Indiana RN licensure (or eligibility). On-call rotation is required, with a focus on development and retention initiatives across the campus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Indiana RN license (or ability to obtain Indiana license).
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
• Willingness to engage in education, training and staff development activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate education, competencies, training, clinical observations and quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring and onboarding processes.
• Champion employee recognition and retention programs to support growth and development.
• Advocate for growth, development and resident-focused care.
