Job summary

Rosewalk Village Indy is hiring a Staff Development Coordinator (RN). This role leads education, skills competency, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance activities under the Director of Nursing Services.

You will help with onboarding and champion recognition and retention initiatives to grow staff and resident care. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, holds an Indiana RN license, and embodies CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations and QA audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring and onboarding.
• Engage staff to champion recognition and retention programs while advocating growth and development within the company.
