Job summary

The Staff Development Coordinator (RN) at Brownsburg Meadows leads education, skills competency, training, clinical observations and quality assurance audits under the Director of Nursing Services. On-call rotation is required and this role assists with new employee hiring.

You will champion staff recognition and retention programs, supporting growth and development across the facility and within American Senior Communities’ Indiana operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct education, skills competencies, and training for staff.
• Perform clinical observations and quality assurance audits as directed.
