Palm Garden is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) / Director of Education to lead the facility's education program and ensure high-quality resident care. You will oversee the professional development of nursing and support staff, implement training, and participate in clinical rounds to uphold care standards.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has 1-3 years of nurse supervisory experience focused on education, and may have Point Click Care experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1–3 years of nurse supervision focused on staff education.
• Point Click Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the professional development program.
• Assist with training of new and current staff and regulatory training.
• Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident care standards.
• Assist with survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
