Job summary

Mountain View Care Center in Boulder City, NV seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead staff education and training initiatives. You will design, deliver, and evaluate programs to enhance patient care and staff performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Nevada RN license, a Bachelor's in Nursing, 1+ year in staff development, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Active Nevada RN license
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
1+ year of staff development or related training experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Develop and implement staff development programs and in-service training
Identify learning needs and create training plans to close knowledge gaps
Collaborate with nursing staff to design and deliver programs for diverse patient populations
Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance
Conduct evaluations of training programs and recommend improvements
Maintain accurate records of staff training and development activities
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policies and procedures
