Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement staff development programs, including in-service training, workshops, and online resources
  • Identify learning needs and develop training plans to address gaps in knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our diverse patient population
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and promote professional growth
  • Conduct evaluations of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Nevada
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
