Job summary

Woodside Senior Communities is seeking an experienced nursing educator to lead the education framework for assisted living staff. You will oversee onboarding, ongoing training, and formal/informal sessions aligned with our standards of practice and HIPAA requirements.

You will serve as an approved CBRF instructor, support dementia care education, and own the EMR system with troubleshooting and updates, ensuring compliance across shifts and facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Wisconsin license and CPR certification required.
• Approved instructor for state-required CBRF courses and dementia care training.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing education for assisted living staff.
• Coordinate with management to plan, implement and evaluate education needs.
• Maintain EMR systems ownership, troubleshooting and updates.
• Provide training and guidance to employees and students; supervise compliance training.
• Monitor staff health, infection control and education records.
