Job summary

Woodside Senior Communities seeks qualified nursing leadership to administer care for residents in a long‑term setting. You will oversee LPN, Medication Aide, and CNA staff, develop and update care plans, and maintain comprehensive medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

The role involves monitoring patient conditions, coordinating with the healthcare team, and guiding daily operations to uphold quality of care and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Clinical and supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge required.
• Current/valid State of Wisconsin License and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, record, and report residents' symptoms or changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Oversee LPN, Medication Aide, and CNA staff to ensure quality of care.
• Coordinate with healthcare team on care plans and evaluations.
• Perform nursing assessments and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safe, respectful resident care.
