Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Richland, WA seeks an RN Staff Development Coordinator for Full Time Day shift. You will plan, organize, and direct in-service education for nursing staff and manage new hire orientation to ensure Life Care standards and compliance.

The role requires an active RN license and nursing diploma, with teaching experience preferred. Occasional Nurse Manager On-Call rotation is also included to support operations.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Teaching/education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, direct, conduct, evaluate, and coordinate staff training, education, in service, and orientation.
• Maintain associate training and in service records.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Adhere to Life Care’s Code of Conduct and compliance training.
