Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a health care setting; long-term care preferred.
• Current/active CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of nursing/medical practices, procedures, and long-term care laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver staff skills training and in-service education for nursing department.
• Regularly check CNA competency and provide 1:1 instruction as needed.
• Provide skill training to new staff before they work with residents.
