Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with strong clinical nursing skills and infection control knowledge.
• Experience: 2–4 years as a nurse and clinical training experience.
• Ideal candidate may teach CNA classes and will be supported to achieve this mandate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide required education to the entire staff.
• Oversee employee health programs and Hepatitis B vaccinations and PPD annual checks.
• Collaborate with HR on new hire orientation and assess ongoing educational needs.
• Identify, assess, and implement in-service programs to maintain clinical skills.
• Serve as Infection Control Nurse and report practices to the Infection Control Officer and Administrator.
