Job summary
FutureCare is seeking an RN Shift Supervisor to lead a dedicated nursing team and supervise all nursing personnel on a shift. You will assess staffing and resident needs, direct care, and ensure safe, effective nursing practice in an adult geriatric population.

Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN license is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
- 1–3 years of managerial experience is a plus.
- Experience caring for residents in geriatric/long-term care setting.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all nursing personnel on a specific shift.
- Assess staffing and resident needs and direct care.
- Work with an adult geriatric population.
- Serve as role model for safe, effective nursing care.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department.
- Interface with others to ensure efficient unit operations.
- Seek growth opportunities to maintain clinical competency.
