FutureCare in Maryland seeks an RN Shift Supervisor to lead a dedicated nursing team on a specific shift, ensuring safe, compassionate care for residents. You will supervise nursing personnel, assess staffing and resident needs, direct care, and uphold clinical excellence while promoting a positive work environment and ongoing professional development.

This role requires an active Maryland RN license, preferably a BSN, and CPR certification, with 1–3 years of managerial experience in a skilled

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Maryland.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills a plus.
• Experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility.
• Current CPR license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all nursing personnel and nursing-related functions on a shift.
• Assess staffing and resident needs and direct care.
• Work with adult geriatric population.
• Serve as role model for staff through safe, effective and efficient nursing care; supervise clinical aspects.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department.
• Interface with others to ensure efficient unit operations.
• Seek opportunities for growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility
• Must possess a current CPR license
