Job summary

FutureCare Associates, Inc. seeks an RN Shift Supervisor to lead a dedicated nursing team in Baltimore communities. You will supervise nursing personnel on a specific shift, ensuring safe, patient-centered care for residents.

Experience in an acute or skilled nursing setting is preferred; Maryland RN license and CPR certification are required. Bachelor's in Nursing is strongly preferred. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within our network.

Qualifications

Must hold an active RN license issued in Maryland
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred
1-3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills a plus
Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility
Must possess a current CPR license

Responsibilities

Supervise all nursing personnel on a specific shift
Assess staffing and resident needs and direct care
Work with an adult geriatric population
Serve as role model for staff through safe, effective nursing care; supervise clinical aspects
Manage day-to-day operations of Nursing Department
Interface with others to insure efficient unit operations
Seek opportunities for growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency
