Job summary

FutureCare is seeking an RN Shift Supervisor to lead a dedicated nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care on a designated shift. You will supervise staff, coordinate care plans, and model safe, compassionate clinical practice for an adult geriatric population.

Qualifications

Active RN license issued in Maryland.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
1–3 years of managerial/leadership experience.
Experience caring for residents in acute or skilled nursing facility.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing personnel and nursing-related functions on a shift.
Assess staffing and resident needs and direct care.
Work with adult geriatric population.
Serve as role model for safe and effective nursing care.
Manage day-to-day operations of Nursing Department.
Interface with others to ensure efficient unit operations.
Seek opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities to maintain competency.
