Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an RN to promote and restore health for residents. The RN collaborates with physicians, an interdisciplinary team, and care associates to deliver physical and psychosocial support.

Responsibilities include maintaining care plans, documenting accurately, and participating in care conferences while adhering to state nurse practice acts. We offer diverse shifts, strong benefits, and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Active RN license in the state where they will practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with residents and families, providing physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical care.
• Performing clinical duties in line with state nurse practice acts and standards of practice.
• Promoting independence by establishing care goals and teaching residents and families.
• Monitoring resident conditions and acting on changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Supporting care teams in routine nursing care and infection prevention.
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and participating in care conferences.
