Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Hands-on experience submitting accident and incident reportables to DOH.
• 3+ years RN experience in long-term care or sub-acute facilities.
• Prior experience as ADON, Risk Manager, Quality Improvement Coordinator, or Clinical Supervisor in LTC.
• Deep understanding of DOH reporting mandates and state surveys.

Aufgaben

• Direct the investigation, documentation, and mandatory reporting of all facility accidents and incidents to the DOH.
• Partner with the DON to oversee daily nursing operations and maintain high clinical quality.
• Conduct root-cause analyses on clinical incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local DOH regulations and lead state survey readiness.
• Educate and train nursing staff on safety protocols and incident documentation.
