6 Degrees Search seeks a proactive Risk Manager / Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a premier long-term care facility in New York. This on-site role leads clinical quality and risk mitigation with direct experience in submitting accident and incident reportables to the Department of Health (DOH).

You will partner with the DON to oversee nursing operations, drive root-cause analyses, ensure regulatory readiness, and educate staff on safety.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years RN experience in long-term care or similar setting.
• Proven DOH reporting experience and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Direct investigation, documentation, and mandatory reporting of all accidents and incidents to the DOH.
• Partner with the DON to oversee daily nursing operations and maintain high clinical quality.
• Conduct root-cause analyses on clinical incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and lead survey readiness.
• Educate and train staff on safety protocols and incident documentation.
