Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking an RN-Resource Nurse for the Family Centered Unit at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA.

This night shift (11:15pm–7:15am) offers a 32-hour schedule with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation, and a $4,000 new hire sign-on for 2+ years of RN Family Center experience. Qualifications include a BSN or equivalent, MA RN license, and BLS; ACLS preferred and charge nurse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Three years clinical experience in Family Centered Unit - Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• ACLS preferred.
• Experience as charge nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and non-clinical care activities under leadership direction, including staff assignments and staffing levels.
• Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members.

We are searching for a talented RN-Resource Nurse

*$4,000 New Hire Sign On with 2+ years of RN Family Center experience. Rehires Termed greater than 1 year are eligible*

Hours: 32hrs

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
