Southcoast Health is seeking an experienced RN-Resource Nurse for the Family Center at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA. This 32-hour night position includes every other weekend and holiday rotations, with a shift from 11:15pm to 7:15am.

A $4,000 new hire incentive is offered for eligible applicants. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical and non-clinical care activities, staff guidance, and orientation for new team members.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

We are searching for a talented RN-Resource Nurse

*$4,000 New Hire * Sign On with 2+ years of RN Family Center experience. Rehires Termed greater than 1 year are eligible*

Hours: 32hrs

Shift: Night shift with every other weekend and holiday rotation; 11:15pm - 7:15am

Location: Family Center - St. Luke’s Hospital – New Bedford, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities

Under direction of Director, Manager, Patient Care or Designee perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non-clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments, staffing levels, etc. Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, Family Centered Unit - Mother/Baby, Labor& Delivery is required.

• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.

• ACLS preferred.

• Experience as charge nurse preferred.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $47.61 - USD $87.42 /Hr.
