Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking a talented RN for per diem shifts at the Family Center - Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. You will deliver coordinated nursing care, participate in family teaching, and lead with the patient care team to maintain professional standards.

The role requires a Massachusetts RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of experience. Compensation is based on experience and ranges hourly, with flexible weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• One plus years of experience is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients.
• Participate in patient and family teaching and provide leadership with the patient care team.
• Ensure care is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

Responsibilities

Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

Pay Range

USD $42.37 - USD $77.81 /Hr.
