Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing and directing resident care services in accordance with state and federal standards. You will help ensure the delivery of high-quality care in our Minnesota facility and collaborate with the nursing leadership to uphold regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience required.
• Current, active nursing license in the applicable state, in good standing, required.
• Experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, update and enforce facility policies and procedures for nursing services.
• Communicate nursing schedules with other services to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in budget and staffing planning with the Director of Nursing.
• Conduct daily nursing functions per applicable rules and guidelines.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure resident care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation, assessments, and health record entries as required.
• Assist in recruitment, supervise staff, and address performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and quality improvement initiatives.
