Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document Resident records.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Promptly report resident abuse/neglect to the Executive Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Attend work on schedule.
• Supervise adherence to patient care policies and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with admissions and verify state/federal requirements.
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacy as required.
• Support staff selection and orientation.
• Communicate with families about agreements.
