Job summary

The Lodge at The Lakes at Stillwater, operated by The Goodman Group, in Stillwater, MN, seeks a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to partner with the Director of Nursing in planning, directing, and improving resident care services. This role emphasizes Platinum Service, regulatory compliance, and meaningful, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Minimum of one year leadership or care coordination experience preferred.
• Current, active nursing license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize and direct resident care services.
• Develop and communicate nursing service policies and procedures.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and staffing plans for the nursing department.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the resident's total regimen of care.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain quality improvement and risk management programs.
• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff and pursue staff development.
