Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide holistic, high-quality nursing care in a long-term care/assisted living environment. You will lead licensed and non-professional staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate care planning with residents and families.

Responsibilities include daily rounds, admissions, documentation, and collaboration with health care providers to adjust treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license.
• Preferred: one year of experience in nursing in long-term care, home care, or assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality nursing care in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in delivering resident care.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Complete assessments and develop interim care plans with the team.
• Communicate care plans and significant changes to residents, families, and providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and facility policies.
