Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the applicable state is required.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily nursing functions following current rules, regulations and guidelines for the facility.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents with care documentation.
• Complete daily clinical rounds and report significant events to management.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by health care providers.
• Supervise CNAs/Caregivers to ensure adherence to standards of practice.
• Maintain safe, sanitary nursing work areas and equipment.
