Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality, holistic nursing care in our community. You will lead licensed and non‑professional staff, perform comprehensive resident assessments, and develop care plans in alignment with regulatory standards.

The role involves coordinating with health care providers, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining safe, compliant nursing operations on a Sunday-Thursday 8‑hour shift (9am–5pm) in our Oregon facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in Oregon.
• Preference for 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care/assisted living.
• Ability to supervise licensed and non-professional staff.
• Knowledge of nursing practice standards and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with rules and guidelines governing long-term care/assisted living.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of resident care and support functions.
• Complete patient assessments, care plans and documentation per policies.
• Communicate with health care providers to review treatment plans and orders.
• Supervise CNAs/Caregivers to ensure care is provided per standards and policies.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper sanitation of nursing areas and equipment.
