Midwest Health, Inc. in Overland Park, KS seeks a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to lead our nursing team and ensure compassionate, compliant patient care across shifts.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with strong supervisory abilities, excellent communication, and a commitment to adhering to state and federal regulations. You will work under the Executive Director to review policies, monitor compliance, assist residents with admissions, and provide care that fosters

Formación

• LPN license required and current.
• Experience in nursing/long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and enforce policies.

Responsabilidades

• Review and supervise compliance with policies pertaining to total patient care, including meal service, activities, housekeeping and laundry, personnel and public relations under directives from the Executive Director.
• Monitor personal and staff compliance with regulations including bloodborne pathogens, infection control, hazardous materials, resident rights, and other applicable areas.
• Assist residents with admission and ensure compliance with Kansas and Federal requirements regarding admission, including Advance Directives and Resident Rights information.
• Provide care and compassion to foster residents' physical and emotional well-being.
