Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is offering a 12-month Nurse Residency program to transition new graduates to professional practice with education, mentorship, and structured clinical experiences.

The staff nurse role provides comprehensive nursing care across the patient continuum, leveraging precepted orientation and collaborative learning to enhance quality and safety in patient care.

Formación

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New Graduates eligible.
• Current Georgia RN license; BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced certification may be required or beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality care.
