Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is offering a 12-month Nurse Residency program to transition new graduates from student to professional nurses. The program combines precepted orientation with blended learning and mentorship to improve patient safety and care quality in multiple acute settings.

Residents will gain clinical judgment, communication, and professional socialization through cohort experiences while being supported by dedicated preceptors and a comprehensive rewards package.

Responsabilités

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients.
