Piedmont Atlanta Hospital offers a 12-month RN Residency Program beginning October/November 2026, designed to transition new graduates to professional nurses through education, mentorship and blended learning experiences.

The program covers Acute Care, Critical Care, Emergency Department, Women’s Services, Cardiovascular Progressive Care, Operating Room, and more, with a focus on building clinical judgment, communication, and cohort-based professional socialization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (for those graduating Aug 2026 or earlier).
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities.
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
