Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplary Practice and Outcomes in nursing care.
• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient and family-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Practice using current clinical standards and evidence-based guidelines.
• Coordinate safe, quality patient care and timely documentation.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration within interprofessional teams.
• Support performance improvement and shared governance.
• Precept and/or mentor other professionals to ensure workforce development.
• Uphold policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
